The Founding of ZenX

ZenX was founded in 2019 with the aim of eliminating inefficiencies among people, organizations, and society, and creating a society where everyone can realize their full potential. After working at a global company in Singapore, founder Goto saw the challenges in the outdated HR evaluation and hiring systems of Japanese companies and became convinced that the DX advancing in fields such as fintech and mobility was needed in the talent domain as well.

ZenX has made BPaaS the core of its business since its founding, providing wide-ranging support from formulating recruiting strategies to handling day-to-day hiring operations. At the same time, to unlock the potential that people inherently hold, the company has focused on EQ and developed its own evaluation platform. After joining a major financial institution, Goto worked on M&A, fundraising, and new business consulting. He then gained experience in SaaS business development and launching Asian operations at Uzabase, and at AnyMind Group he served as head of local subsidiaries in Asia, driving business development in the HR technology and marketing technology fields. He also supported market analysis, the construction of investment theses, and investment execution at several VC funds. After returning to Japan, he founded ZenX to solve the challenge Japan faces in optimally allocating social capital. Under Goto's leadership, the company formulates comprehensive business strategies to support corporate growth and aims to achieve sustainable growth.

Our mission is to reduce buried talent to zero. Using AI and EQ data, we visualize "thinking scores" and build infrastructure through which diverse talent circulates as social capital.
