ZenTest, the hiring support platform provided by ZenX Inc., has dramatically advanced its flagship EQ (emotional intelligence) assessment through generative AI and visualization technology. Simply by entering a candidate's basic information, users can instantly generate a high-precision radar chart and an accompanying analysis report — enabling recruiters to hold deeper conversations even within short interviews, while candidates themselves gain greater self-understanding. This update is also the first step toward a comprehensive talent assessment that captures innovator talent through multiple indicators beyond EQ, including AIQ, which measures AI literacy, the Curiosity Quotient (CQ), and the Passion Quotient (PQ). ZenX aims to integrate these multifaceted indicators into a Talent Knowledge Graph and realize a next-generation platform that provides end-to-end support from hiring through placement and development.

Background of the Update
